The spurs say male, but everything else says female. it is possible it is a female with spurs. When it gets older it will become more obvious.

I know it super late, but I noticed what you said about your cham basking. The issue was his enclosure was too cold, only 65-75 degrees at the highest. I added another heat lamp so now its 85-95 degrees for basking and 75-80 degrees for ambient temperature. He seems much happier now.
