Hi guys. Ive been breeding crickets for over 4 months and in still figuring out how to make te breeding process more efficient. I know let them lay eggs in in garden soil from a nearby shop. I have high hatching rates but when everything hatches i just put them with the ground in a bigger...
As a cham and chicken owner. I dont think they can be compared. Two chickens from one egg happens rarely but the eggs never look like this. Theyre just bigfer then regular eggs. If two chameleons grow inside this and hatch. It will be most likely for them to be attached to eachother near the...
Hey. Im not judging anything written above ill just give my advice.
What are u gonna feed em. If for an adult chameleon. Theyre kind of small. I feed them my two bearded pugmees. I feed em 70% isopod and 30% mini crickets. Ive just started a colony with the ones i found outside my house. You...
Its defenitly nutritious and non poisonous (im a licensed beekeeper myself) but the thing is that your cham is likely to not recognize it as food. Since they die immediately after taken out of the cells. And if you managed to keep them alive. They dont really move. I do feed my panther some male...
I also brees mealworms for my anoles. Forgot to take pics.
Btw people that have other lizards besides chams. Try breeding isopods. They dont need additional heating if they live outside your house.( i guess) and they breed rapidly. I just put 60 in a icecream box with some carrot apple and...
Hi guys. Good to see your setups. Some back ground information. I only breed crickets for my cham the rest is for my anoles. The other food of my cham i dk not breed yet but i buy it. Im planning though on breeding them so seeing the way you do stuff.

Ty for all your respons. Ive contacted a few more people and im ordering a ceramic heat emitter very soon for my cham and im still deciding yet if im gonna use a infrared bulb for my anoles at night(several people said to me that it'd be fine and that theyve bred anoles for ages using infrared...
Since im living in northern europe. Warming during night is essential. I use a heat pad for my two green anoles and a heating cable for my cham.
Since both have nearly come to an end and have to be replaced. I was thinking of other options.
I know that infrared bulbs arent good for chams.(...
