yes.

gut loading is basically feeding the crickets special food that is good for him.

they are powders, you sprinkle them on the crickets.

you definitely need to give him vitamins and calcium powders on his food.

maybe give him a warm water shower and see if he drinks. if he does you'll need to do it often to re-hydrate him. what do you use for vitamins?
