I bought him from Chameleons Northwest a site sponsor they have great prices. Does anyone know if too high temps can cause a chameleon to close its eyes for a few seconds.
I got Guss from Chameleons Northwest and on their site they said it was 3.5 months old but I also think he is a little older just because it has said that on their site for a couple of weeks.
Depending on your price Nikon has some great cameras that are not to complex and if you are looking a little less expensive cannon and Olympus also have some great cameras.
Good Luck :D
The 2 separate lights like what you have know sounds fine to me and is what I use. What do you mean combo bulb? is it uvb/uva and heat like a power sun? Repti suns have uva/uvb in one light as well. For placement try to put the repti sun where your chameleon can get different intensities of...

your pictures are still not showing up you can either upload a photo from a website with the URL or you can attach a picture from your library on your computer (be patient it takes a few seconds to upload) Hope this helps:)
Sure, anything to help out. Just another thing make sure if she does start to dig in the bin you set up to leave her alone so she can lay in privacy. If she does not lay and become lethargic and sleepy during the day get her to the vet sooner rather than later. Again the best of luck to you.
