Handling - little to none
Feeding - Mainly Crickets 8-10 every day some wax worms 3-4(once a week) Gel green stuff for gut load
Supplements - d3, multivitamins every other week
Watering - Mist King...
Actually that is what I was trying to take her out back to explore one of my plants in my yard because it is a glorious day here in California. But I'll try the wax worms sometime in the near future she just loves wax worms.

Is there anyway to have my chameleon be less mad every time I go to handle her. I have slowly been trying to handle her but without much luck. Every time i try she either runs away or looks like the picture.
personally I just have 5.0 repti sun bulb for my chameleon. Which provides the necessary uv for the chameleon and I also have live plants in my enclosure which have been doing fantastically with a lot of new growth. So to be safe Iwould go with the repti sun and a day bulb for heat. What kind of...
I live in Northern California and I have a similar problem although when I got my mist king a few months back it seemed to help in keeping the humidity up with more frequent misting of longer duration
i thought so too she has been eating 7-10 crickets most every day i have that calcium stuff i put on at least once a week i also switch multi vidamins with d3 every i switch at the near the top of her screen cage its around 85 and at the bottom around 75 or 74 she has a zoo med 5.0 repti sun

Hi i have a 4 to 5 month old female veiled chameleon i was just wondering how big should she be at this point because i feel she is smaller than she is supposed to be.
Thank you i think i did see her fall actually from a weak leaf i thought it was not so high so i did not take much note and what else is there to prevent melibolic bone disease just for peace of mind
