Wondering how many women are chameleon caretakers

hmm honestly my chameleon to me is like a delicate project, I enjoy tending to his needs in order to help him thrive, but I find a big lack of emotional connection between me and my cham. I love him, and would do anything needed to make sure he is at optimal health. BUT, I feel way more...

The calcium food is almost like little pellets? The pet store just makes up little plastic containers of it. So there is a sprinkle of that, a sprinkle of zoo med natural cricket care, and the veggies. I'm just going to dust the phoenix worms from now on as well.

    Grabbing his own feet, dangerous.

I really don't think that this behavior has anything to do with his health. The first time I saw him do it was back in Jan., when I brought him home, and he was new to his cage, This time, I added an umbrella tree to the little free range area. Someone mentioned above that if they are...

    Grabbing his own feet, dangerous.

Hi guys, I've seen Mr. Peabody do this a couple times, where he has grabbed his own foot instead of the branch, once he almost fell, and today i just held my hand under him and kinda nudged him along to correct himself. In his enclosure I'm not overly worried, but today it was out in his...

the large size isn't really that big...start with a batch of the small, just don't get too many, I bet your cham will out grow them fast. My guy was eating large at 5 months.

    fake or real trees

Find a green house that has a gardening, and tropical section. They should have better quality than chain stores like walmart, or home depot.

    What is the Best Wood?

Pine is cheap, but you need to seal it really well. Cedar is naturally water resistant, still need to seal it, but I bet it will out last the pine, and you won't need to douse it in as much sealer stuff, less "air out" time. Cedar is more expensive, but worth it if you plan to have many years...
