interesting. my first pair were WC and 100% handleable, going so far as to walk right onto my hands most of the time. and so was my 3rd from Dooley who was CBB. an absolute sweetheart! so i have had a very diferent experience.

i dig carpets so much; they’re like mini-panthers but much more active, love to eat, and their colors (particularly females) seem to never stop changing. their chromatophores are always on the go!!

Zippy is the only cham in 5 years that has tried (and succeeded) in biting me, and I have owned 3 Veileds as well as my wonderful Jackson! He will hiss and throw himself at me when I offer food on my hand in his viv. Once out of his cage he is really sweet, will happily sit on my finger and goes back to a nice happy green! Rebecca (lysinlight87) has one of his clutchmates and he is pretty much the same! He does love his food and is very entertaining - I liken him to a little clown!

This one has very atypical colouring for a Carpet Chameleon. Very nice! Is it maybe a Furcifer major?
