    Hypothetically Speaking....

I would think if you can provide it's enclosure, and meet needs I don't see why not? maybe have a back up power plan just in case something did happen?

great blog! I have 3 cats, and a baby cham and I plan on keeping everyone alive and healthy for a long time. With a bit of effort, I see no real issues. "you should eat more fruit anyway." love it :P

    sheding around joints?

living in Canada, it isn't really a good idea to go all screen. I am building him a new tall enclosure for when he grows up, and it will be 3 sides glass, and a screened front, top and bottom. The front will have a sliding thing, so I can have more open in the summer, and less in the winter...

    sheding around joints?

Hi guys, well I've had Mr. Peabody for almost 2 weeks now, and we are experiencing our first shed together! He's going to be 5 months old this month. It seems like the shed is happening all around his joints, neck area and legs. Just want to make sure it's normal. My bearded dragon sheds in...

    Help, I Think He's Shedding!

looks like shed to me! Mine just started too. try to get some extra misting going on, and it will speed up the process, and with good humidity it will ensure non gets left on. I think it's normal for them to rub stuff, as sheding is uncomfortable, and they work away at getting the dead skin...

    Am I Crazy?

I enjoy spending a lot of time with all my animals (5 in total). If you think about it, a chameleon's habitat is like a personalized mini zen spot. Live plants, running water a peaceful creature. We create a mini ecosystem sustaing life , who would not want to admire that accomplishment...

    umbrella plant help

hmmm, I've been working with plants for the past decade, and umbrella plants are very easy to take care of! I would say, possibly people have issues with the leaves getting burnt from the basking light? but that's all I could think of. make sure your drip system doesn't unload into the soil...
