Here's the canopy that I plan to use. It will rest on top of the cages. I plan to use 1 Zoo Med 48" Repti Sun 5.0 UVB bulb and maybe a Phillips plant grow bulb. A section of the canopy is removable. This will allow me to place basking lamps while still using the canopy.

This will be a long term project. Or at least I am saying this now.;) Looking to get 2 24X24X48 aluminum screen cages from LLL. Below is the stand that I am looking to place them on. They should fit perfectly side by side.

Sorry to here that you are having a problem finding them. My local reptile shop seems to always have them in stock.

Very nice cage! Can't wait to see the plants grow out. I like how all the hardware is hidden. Quick question. How do you handle drainage? Is there a tub, etc. hidden below?

Thanks Blackbetty! I actually didn't use the false back that came with the viv. I attached the cork bark directly on to the back of the viv using 'great stuff' and then siliconed on cocofiber over the 'great stuff'. The false back did not look as good as real cork bark and cocofiber.

I'd be interested on how easy it is to keep clean. One of the problems I have read about humidifier's are their tendency to grow mold over time if not cleaned after every use.

You're tempting me to build another viv! :p
