Lol, poor guy! My zipper broke literally the day I got my chameleon into it. It was being held closed with about 30 little clips so it was a real hassle to get in and out of.

Very nice! I was very happy when I made the switch from the flexarium to my LLL screen cage. Zippers are a pain in the butt :rolleyes:

BOTH. :) Should definitely try to give him as many feeder options as possible. Variety gives them an array of nutrients naturally found in the bugs themselves, and a different flavour palette, and keeps them interested in their feeders. Could also try getting some superworms, silkworms...

I think if someone who is meant to be a true friend, hits on your boyfriend, they both need to be cut from your life. Friends are supposed to be there for you no matter what.. relationships break up, boy/girlfriends cheat, sh*t happens. FRIENDS are supposed to be the foundation and if they can't...

Ever get patches of dry skin? It itches and it's uncomfortable. Now imagine that, with ALL of your skin. I'd be pretty annoyed too. ;)

I seriously don't understand when people say "I know this is wrong and can cause X problems, But I did it anyways."

For day time heat the best i've found is 100 watt flood light bulbs. I'd use them with a dimmer or something - because they get insanely hot!

My veiled always sleeps in the back corner up against the cage wall, he doesn't fall or anything. I'm sure chameleons know what positions they can safely fall asleep in. :)

They don't typically go for prey that isn't on the move.

I guess it depends on the chameleon, but with my two even the smallest amount of light wakes them up so it has to be very dark. A temperature drop at night is good. If it gets too cold at night though there is always ceramic heat emitters, as they produce no light.

Wow.. i am sooo glad your chameleon didnt ACTUALLY eat a poor leopard gecko.. that would be so sad. :(

From the sounds of it your gecko just has enigma symptoms, that in NO way means it needs to be put down. Unless it gets to the point where it wont eat food at all. It may need more attention like hand feeding and making sure it cant fall off anything high in the tank... But enigmas can be happy...

I've posted on a couple different gecko forums.. nothing special just introducing myself and my geckos. My issue was there never seemed to be ANY traffic. I post my animals here and within a day i've had more responses about my geckos then on dedicated gecko forums. :rolleyes:

The one of him in a plant is super cute. Nicely done. :)
