So ive heard fruit flies are pretty easy.....stick some fruit outside your house/apt in a trapping device..the flies go for it..secure it. I believe the flies will start laying eggs on the food.

All this breeding talk sounds hard, lol!:cool: Is it that easy to just do it? To breed fruit flies, do i just leave a piece of fruit in their and seal it so the flies cant get out???

About food...I hear its a pain. Because they cant go a day without eating. and also, I heard if I stick a little deli cup with a piece of fruit I can catch fruit flies..this true? If so, where should I place my bait outside to catch these suckers???

Just take the Cham out for a couple hours a day in natural sunlight. 2-3 hours is sufficient for a days need of UVB for his health. Then you can stick him back under a florescent for the rest of the day.

If he is in good health and his eyes are functioning well and alert during daytime, everything should be okay:)
