I bought the 25000 also so I have the same insanity going on at my house too. I feed the premix chow for the first 4 days and now I moved them onto the leaves. I spent the last 2 weeks driving around my office and I have managed to find about 15 trees from here to my house so each day I pick...
Mistking nozzles put out a lot of spray so just one in the top left or right corner will hit just about everything you want, plus I try to not hit their basking spot so they know that's their escape place. If it was mounted on the side I would be afraid it would shoot to much outside of the...
Hornworms grow very rapidly so its hard to keep small ones. Silk worms you can slow down the feeding and keep them small for a few weeks. Great place for silkworms is http://coastalsilkworms.com/
Lol yea they look almost identical to dirt dobbers or some people call them black wasp. They are really cool though because they have no mouth at this stage so they don't land on you and lick you like other flys. They simply have one goal and that is to mate and then die.
When they are black that is the final stage before they pupate into the actual fly, at this stage they have the highest calcium content. Only problem is sometimes they don't move a lot at this stage and the chameleons ignore them. They control when they become a fly so it could take 2 days after...

I could not get any wild ones to show up so I had to seed mine with 500 phoenix worms I bought off of ebay
It's a good idea to let the dripper hit quite a few leaves on the way down, Mine never drink right from the dripper they drink it where it builds up on the leaves.
Also I use to run salt water tanks so I have a Reverse Osmosis filter system so I bottle up clean water from this system to run in...
If you are looking to get a chameleon because you want to be able to handle him you might want to look into something else, you will see tons of people on here who handle theirs all the time and have very close relationships with the chameleons, but their are a lot of chameleons that you can't...
Lowes and Home Depot both carry Ficus usually the twisted ones that have 3 bases twisted together but they don't seem to last in the stores very long. Ask someone at your local stores what day and time they get theirs in so you can go and check then. I've struck out many times at both places but...

Lol yea they seem pretty nasty at first but it's not too bad, since it is all done outside and everything I feed them is basically what we use at gutload so the smell is not overwhelming. Unlike BB Flys where you have to use rotting liver, lol. I think the thing you have to get out of your mind...
