Dont buy adults "winged crickets" ever !!! or roaches for that matter ;).
I hate when that one adult gets out and under the washing machine or somewhere impossible to get to.
She'll be displaying gravid colors and growing rather large. My girl never slowed down eating and one day she just drops 15 here and there.
You need to be prepared though with plenty of Fruit Flies and pinhead crickets in the beginning though.

I have a place in the woods that is full of geckos and chameleons unfortunately.
It doesn't bother me as long as it's understandable to a point. This is a place for information to be shared and help. Chameleons forums is a diverse group of people of different ages, countries, and educational levels.

shipping is really not to bad its the hardiness of the chameleon at the young ages. For newer keepers and even experienced keepers its more challenging as a baby of that size is less forgiving for simple mistakes then a larger/older chameleon can tolerate.
Not saying new keepers arent capable...
I know bulbs typically above them could maybe bother them, I have salt water aquariums on around my gecko room so the blue lights actually light up the room dimmly as moonlight.
Ive seen people using red lights in gecko rooms though ;)
