thanks for the suggestions, lol i could have youtubed that myself. ive got how to build it now. now my problem is finding affordable efficient pumps, or kits. ive had to explain to this woman 20 times now what a heron is. shes a bit senile but very entertaining to talk to. id like to...

I know this is dumb but is it possible?

i think you meant "have mated" not "bred" breeding suggests insemination occurred and the eggs were fertilized. as you know females produce eggs regardless of having been mated. so you cant chalk up the production of eggs as a direct effect of mating, thou you could assume insemination may...

    REAL sunlight?

like snake said i dont bake mine either, but i only use real wood in outdoor cages. you can spray em down with bleach or rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to kill off anything on the outside. just make sure it dries out completely. if its old dead wood and is porous or partially...

    Bedding to moist?

id never risk hydrogen peroxide. even if i was told its "okay" without a substantial amount of evidence. moldy just happens when thyre infertile. if you can seperate them and let them dry a bit thats the best thing you could do in my opinion. slightly dessicated eggs do and will bounce back.
