I’m not sure what you have already. But I happened to have a double dome fixture from when my guy had the wrong set up. One side I have his basking bulb in and the other I have a plant bulb from Amazon. You can get a 2 pack pretty cheap. It’s not near as good as the long ones, but it works.

Some bugs come gutloaded I believe. Depends where you order from. But don’t quote me on that. I make gutload ‘cubes’ and freeze them. I make a big batch and just feed my bugs on the days I don’t feed my Cham.
