Not the variety that bite. Also, doubt those even could br cricket bites: they were symmetric (on both sides of him) and grew larger before they went away.
Hi there,
I am selling my lovely female veiled cham. She is very healthy, tame, and gorgeous. She is about a year old and is acclimated to Austin TX outdoors in the summer, and garage in the winter. Eats crix, wax worms, silkworms. Lays eggs right in the potted plants when needs to. She...
Well, this is usually outdoors in Austin, with a patio mister on it, but was moved to the garage since it got cold. Additional 48'' dual light coming this week too =)

He should LOVE wax worms - they are fatty, soft, moist, and small enough. He should also be able to eat of your palm soon enough - just take it slow.
P.S. Great thing you did, wicked awesome.
Toto has developed black spots around her head area (see pictures) about 2-3 weeks ago. I poked around the web forums, and black spots that were discussed seem to either shed off (if bruises) or turn out to be dirt or mites.
She just finished shedding, and they are still there, here are the...
Here are some pics, you can see the eggs in a couple, white oval things on the ground

This was about 3 weeks ago. She dug a hole and from what i understand laid in there and covered it up completely. Then she laid 2-3 the next day right on top of the soil. I tried not to pry too much so can't say how many were down below. The ones on the surface looked hollow and one even looked...
Update: after numerous failed containers and media choices, she finally laid her eggs in a regular plant pot with dirt and a plant after I have moved her to her new huge outdoor space... go figure.

Yeah, we have a patio mister set up on a timer: cheap and easy. Fogger and humidifiers (warm and cold) going too when it is dry out.
I did bring her in now that it got colder and she was NOT pleased for a few days.
Amazing thing: after moving outside she finally went and laid those eggs I...
Update
So far seems very happy!
Colors are good. She crawled all over and knows where her cool and hot spots are. Also knows where the mister and humidifier are, so goes and sits there if it gets too hot/dry. Got a regular sleeping spot on the mulberry tree... Will be sad to remove it as it...
We will see how it goes and how cold it gets. Hot humidifier really helps more than heat lamps in the cool weather.
Also, I am comparing TX humidity to FL's constant 90%...
Easiest way
Works very well for me:
I keep my adult crix in an 10g aquarium with a mesh lid with some empty paper towel card board rolls, fish flakes, dry cat/dog food, and gut loading food, as well as moisture food/gel.
JUST ADD to that, or whatever setup you have, a tupperware...
