    Long Overdue Intro of Cammies!

Very nice, I also have a Cham from Jim. Got mine about a month ago (DOH 5/11/2011). Mine is a off spring of BeatleJuice, little male named Darwin. He is still very skitish about me sticking my hands in the cage.. he kinda rolls onto his side, then back to normal when I take my hand back...

Lemmy will be here tomorrow (my first)

Hey Lemmy looks just like my Darwin. Darwin came from Jim as well. I have had him now for about a month and he was 2 months old when I got him (DOH 5/11/2011). I swear he has doubled in size since the day I placed him into his enclosure. Darwin was thursty right off the bat and also ate...

    water

What I found works great. Take a large plastic soda bottle, dill one very small hole in the bottom (so it will drip about one drop of water per say every 2 seconds). Drill a hole straight through the neck of the bottle about an inch down from the cap (drill it straight so the bottle will hang...

Hornworm feeding (how many & how often?)

Thanks everyone. So far they are less than an inch long, but were about 1/2" when I got them last week. Only bought 25 of them as a test to see if he would like them... guess the answer is YES! I will keep to just giving him 1 every couple of days. If they start to out grown him I'll offer...

Hornworm feeding (how many & how often?)

Just wondering how many and how often can these be fed to your Chams. I just got a shipment from Mulberry Farms and in about 5 days they have basically doubled in size. They may get too big for Darwin before I get to feed them all off to him. Currently I have been giving him one every other...

    Darwin stopped eating Crickets

Funny you mention that, he just shed for the first time since I have had him. Looked very freaking with all that skin hanging off him. I did'nt actually catch how he got it off, do they rub on the plants and screens to get it off or does it just fall off on its own? I did notice this morning...

    Darwin stopped eating Crickets

Got my little guy about two weeks ago. For the first week he would eat about 15-20 crickets a day. Then I received my order of Calcium powder and after dusting my crickets he has seemed to cut way back on his quantity. Now I put in about 8 smalls in the morning and by afternoon he has only...

    sleepy cham

I don't use a drip system as the mister coats most all of the leaves and branches each time it goes off. Also, it doesn't spray so much water that it even coats the lexan liner under the cage. I also have shallow saucers under each pant to catch any extra water that flows through them... just...
