Im a new chameleon owner and I went with the panther... There more expensive but I liked how they looked. It's probably a matter of preference tho. Some people say that panthers are "nicer" than veileds but realistically it depends on the personality of the chameleon. But don't buy a chameleon...
why is my baby panther chameleon so dark when he is just chilling in his cage?any reasons besides being stressed out because i don't want him to be stressed about something I'm not aware of.
yeah i think he is probably fine. i asked the kammers what they thought and they said he is probably exploring his boundaries or something like that I'm really not that worried I'm just going to put a towel down so he docent hurt himself...
i got a ambanja boy from the Kammers and he has been doing quite well since I've gotten him. he eats, drinks, poops, crawls and does everything that a normal chameleon would except for one thing... he likes to crawl to the top of the cage and once he gets there he will chill for a little bit but...
thanks guys! i called the guy who sold me the cham and he said that starting with crickets is best but i can always try to switch to Dubia later on for a staple. can horn worms also be a staple and also what do your chams dig??? going to try and start with around three different types of food.:p
