As long as it doesn't go below 50, temperature drops are beneficial to your chameleon. The fact that he's in a bottom corner is probably a sign the light is preventing him from sleeping normally. If it goes below 50, a ceramic heater that doesn't give off light is a good solution.
What are you using to hang the pothos? I have a dragon strand as well and the top seems a bit flimsy to support the pot with dirt and plant weight added in.
