Hey everyone I potsed lil over a week ago about switching to the roaches and off the meal worms and crickets. So far perfect I have the colony setup just same as the one online(YouTube) and they look perfect they sent a separate container of the babies and then all the rest of the sizes seprate...
So I've been using crickets and meal worms and I wanna change up his food. So I have some roaches coming any day now I just wanna know how many a day should I be feeding my Cham. He is 5 months old and a veiled chameleon.

So my lil guy is 4-5 month along and gets this nice bright line right under his chin down to his tail the gets weird patterns of a dark color only sometime almost looks like a cheetah but he is mainly just a lil green guy. So my question is will he Learn to change other colors? or what I see is...
And how many times should he be fed only once or twice cause I've been feeding him twice he's almost always hungry when he wakes so I give him 8 crickets and 2 meal worms then the same at dinner which is 5-6 sometime later but not after 9

Do owners usually not feed their chameleon lettuce I just figure every now and the toss lettuce just cause I've heard ppl doing so and this is my first one so......
