I would really try to steer clear of an all glass enclosure. Limited airflow can lead to nasty bacterial infections and respiratory issues. I think that in your case you should go with a glass/screen combo or possibly even invest in a cheap humidifier for the room.
There are two different size screws. There are ones for assembling the sides, ends and top. There are also ones for the door. If it is the reptibreeze that you are talking about.
There really isn't a "correct" wattage to use. Whatever bulb gets you to the correct basking temperature is the one you should use. I would alook try to keep the heating bulb off of the screen. Sometimes chameleons will cling to the screen top and burn themselves. I keep mine about 6-7 inches...
You could go through the hassle of wiping it up everyday. Or you could drill some holes through the bottom of the cage and put some type of container beneath them. The second option is of course a little harder but definitely worth it in the long run.
I think that it is pretty much hit or miss with heat bulbs. Incandescent bulbs in general. I've had some last one month and others last almost 7. These were also the exact same bulb, the 100 watt daylight blue bulbs. There may be a better option out there that I don't know about but for how...
