    New digs....Look ok to everyone?

Thanks a bunch! And thanks for the advice, I will definitely keep the receipt. LOL, my husband came up with the plan for the cage mostly.....after googling many pics on the internet. I said the same thing about the doors. When he came in from cutting them, I said, Wow! Those are really nice...

    New digs....Look ok to everyone?

Yes, thank you so much. I will get the incandescent from Walmart and keep an eye on the temps. Those are definitely much cheaper. That will at least help until I can order a basking light from amazon.

    New digs....Look ok to everyone?

Yeah I definitely want to add more foliage. The red light is the basking lamp and the clear one is the UVB light.

    New digs....Look ok to everyone?

Beans got a new home a couple weeks ago. A far stretch from her tiny box at Petsmart and her temporary aquarium at home. Any one have any suggestions, constructive criticism, comments, etc.? She seems to be very happy and crawls along the branches in search of food. Since I took this pic, I...

when to feed fruits and veggies?

I usually leave a few fruits and veggies in her feeder cup during the day so that she can get to them if she chooses. I dump out whats left the next morning and replace them with fresh. Sometimes she eats some, sometimes she doesn't. She is still getting her feeder insects, I just leave the...

So everyone, I've been reading up on how to gutload different insects for my little cham Beans to give her some variety. I came across phoenix worms and there are many people on many different areas of the web giving instructions on how to gutload them. However, I was on their...

Can anyone help on the age?

Thanks! I think she is beautiful as well. She seems to have a great personality. Pretty laid back for the most part. I know for a fact that she was at Petsmart for at least 3 weeks because I saw her there once and about 3 weeks later went back and got her. So maybe that's why she doesn't...

Can anyone help on the age?

Yes, I definitely will. I actually had one in there over the weekend just to see if she was interested and she didn't even go near it. I definitely don't want her to become egg bound. I raise chickens also, I know that's not even close to the same, but they can also get egg bound. Does she...
