yes.
any idea where i can get cheap hornworms? i don't have a lot of money and my parents don't seem like they wanna spend 30 bucks on 15 of them, which is the only thing i'm seeing online.
Also, if anyone wants me to send a picture of the superworms, i could do that.
just saying, the mealworms are superworms that you buy at the store that has a chameleon on the packaging, so i think it's alright to feed my cham them as well as other things :/
Hey! i have a few questions about my veiled chameleon. I think he's around 5 months old. I might've asked these questions before, but i'm always second guessing myself, and don't trust my pet store after they told me false information.
Should i be giving him a constant supply of food? Whenever...
so i have been giving my veiled cham a constant supply of food, every time he ate one i added another in, but he's eating a lot. he ate like, 10 in two days. my pet store said you are supposed to let them have a constant supply, but i'm just making sure i'm doing the right thing
i actually did bring him... he is doing really well, and i brought his heat lamp along so the temperature is good. we are only up here for three more days, so i think he will be alright. for the car ride he slept most of the time, i did wrap a towel around so he couldn't see much.
he's a veiled cham, and he's fairly small, i'm not sure what his age is since the pet store didn't tell me, but he's fairly young (he's in my pro pic) the trip is 3 hours long, and i'm going to new york, im not really sure what the temperature is there. my mom doesn't feel comfortable having...
i'm thinking of bringing my little guy with me for a trip that i'm going on, and i threw this together. it's 5 days, and i can't bring his whole cage since it's too big. can i get some opinions on this?
my mom doesn't feel comfortable w someone coming in the house to take care of my animals. we've gone on week trips before, but it's never really been a problem since i only had fish and a snake. i had a vacation feeder for my fish, and snakes don't need to be fed every day, but now i got my...
i'm thinking of just giving him to my friend to take care of. My mom doesn't want to pay for a pet sitter to come since she said 'they have to come at least 3 times a day to mist him' i get that it will be expensive, but i told her i would pay her back, so i'm not really sure what her deal is...
i'm going up to a lake in new york, which is about a three hour trip to get there, and i'm just not sure if i could bring him with me. I will probably have to do that if it comes to it.
well, the dripper i have doesn't work that well, after a while it just stops dripping completely(you have to adjust the drip for it to work again), and there's a bowl to catch the water that has to be emptied. i guess i just worry too much :/
my other solution would be getting an automatic mister, and i on,y have two weeks. basically one since i would get it online and it needs time to ship. i doubt that there would be a way to get $100 in that amount of time. my mom said it would be too much money to get someone to come and take...
