i buy 1k at lazyhbait for 22 shipped. and if you buy 2k i think you save on shipping you can put them in a bin from walmart with a lid with holes and they be ok

I go through that many in a week with my 4 month old panther. Granted, probably around 15 or so end up dieing. Any ideas on what to do so I can improve their livespan? I have them in a cricket keeper. They have plenty of food and water.

well mine do just grate at least the ones left!just one died in 2 weeks!i keep them in a 12l recipe, lots of ventilation, food, and paper towel soaked in water and and some tubes to hide!check the temps maybe thats whats wrong!

back to the original idea-

if you think he should be eating more, you may need to up your basking and/or ambient temps. What temps do you keep him at?

How old is your chameleon? While for younger ones people say 15+ crickets per day, an older chameleon only needs 5-7 large crickets. And if your cham is young, then the larger crickets = a lot more than 15 small crickets.
