25 uvb to much?

I was wondering if a 25 UVB would be to much for a veiled or panther chameleon. It would Be about 6 inches from their highest basking spot. Also the light fixture I got has a clear plastic part which goes over the light. Would this stop UVB From going to the cage. It says the plastic should be on, and if the 25 UVB is to much then I have a 10 UVB ready. Picture of light fixture.

Personally I would not use it. 25 is way too much, also disregard whatever they say about the acrylic covering. With that on there it is a 0 UVB light and is literally useless. It filters out all of the UVB. Also 10 is pretty high. If you use it, make sure its a god distance away as well as offering lots of shaded area to escape the light. The number is the percentage of the light that is in the UVB spectrum. 5 is 5%, 10 is 10%, so 25 is a lot. Also a little brand bashing. Zilla is garbage.
