yep, we couldnt resist, got 3 more pygmy chameleons today, we actually chose them from a large display cage where they were housed with some type of tree frog and crested geckos and there was about 20 pygmy chameleons running around the floor and in the low plants :D

we hopefully picked 3 females, so if you can identify the genders from the pics that would be great, we chose them from there shorter tails and more rounder bodies

so here they are

Aww! They are so cute! I am no help with sexing them though, lol! I do suspect from what I've learnt that they are all female though.

thats what i went on :') i thought they look female from not having the spikey backs and being more round and shorter tailed and abit less coloured then males :p

They look like females to me. That last girl looks kinda fat. May just be the pic but she could be gravid. Are they CB or wc?

on the sign they actually said CF which is captive farmed, but we actually think theyre more likely to be CB or WC, and we've got a pot with eco earth in for laying :D looks like i picked the right 3 :p

the first one might be a guy
the rest look like females

I think it might be a guy because of the lenght of his/her tail

correct me if I am wrong though

All 3 of them have the same length tail, its just how the picture was took, i just looked for the shortest tail and them 3 had the shortest, although she/he did look abit skinny  but yeah all tails are the same length, it was hard trying to get a decent pic of all 3 of them together to show this

I think they are all girls. The first one has a longer tail, but my boys have much longer tails, they curl up a little at the end as much as they can for a stubby tail. Congrats!

Yea you have a 2.3 group now, I'm pretty positive about that.

YAY what we wanted as well :D we're waiting for them all to settle down then we may get a few more dont know what sex's but deff more females are get a larger display cage for them and set up a colony :D

Pot? Lol the whole bottom of the cage should be at least 4 inches of eco earth or organic soil. There laying bin is their cage;)

we've got special reptile dried leaves on the floor for them, we've put a pot/laying bin in there as that way we can take the eggs out, but when we upgrade them into the big natural setup, then we will have eco soil floor with some husk in it and some leaf litter :p

Im glad there 3 females as thats what we went for :D

the pot is pretty big tbh, the cage is only small as its quarantine for now, we'll be setting the large flexarium up soon, getting live plants in and everything looking natural for them, anyone know of ok live plants for them?? they dont have to be tall as the cage will only be 18" tall :p

I think you should use a glass cage for the pygmies. Use some pothos of ficus plants maybe a small umbrella plant to
