5 foot fall! Utah vets?

I feel terrible!
I let my panther out of his cage and put him on his free range tree in my living room. Then I did something stupid and started playing on my xbox and wasnt paying attention to him.
All of a sudden I see his head pop up and over a picture frame that sits on top of my tv stand but by the time I saw him it was too late and he fell to the floor and the picture fell on top of him.
Now the floor is carpeted and it was a small frame, a 4x6. So I am hoping nothing is broken. He seems ok right now I put him back in his cage and put a few meal worms in and he immediately ate them so I think that is a good sign.
However if worse comes to worse and I notice between now and tomorrow that he isnt using a leg or something I am going to get him to a vet asap.
This leads me to my question.
Does anyone know a good chameleon vet that is around salt lake city?
Please give any advice that you have!
Thank You everyone

he seems ok so far, I have been watching him and he is using all of his legs to climb around with. He is very moody lol normally if I put my hand in his cage he doesnt care, but right now I just got puffed at! So he is definitely startled.

im happy to report that my panther seems to be doing just fine, as I type this he is trying to get on top of my head! :)
So I am going to consider us pretty lucky that he didnt get hurt in any way. :D

My guy took over a 5 foot tumble it was 5 and a half feet onto a tiled floor ! He ended up being fine though. He was just really flipped out when it happened. He's in great shape now with no vet visit. =)

I'm glad that he is doing well. To answer your question about a Utah vet, I use laurel Harris at wasatch exotic pet care. She isn't that good with chameleons, but she is better than the other options. Easy stuff, like fecal tests, are not a problem. She knows quite a bit about reptiles and birds, just not about chameleons.

Don't be too worried chameleons can take falls from tree tops to the solid dirt and be completely fine. There pretty tough when it comes to that type of thing. Fun little fact that I learned by experience is that some Jackson's chameleon babies when born will not "awaken" and begin separating from there birth sack until they've fallen and hit the ground pretty hard. The females give live births and when I would occasionally find what I thought was a still born on the bottom of the enclosure I would pick it up and drop it from about 5-6ft onto the ground and within minutes it would begin stirring and come alive. Crazy as it sounds the thud of them hitting the ground would stimulate the little guys to wake up. I read it in some literature somewhere years ago and had my doubts but hey man it works!!!
