A few quick questions

I have a male veiled chameleon, 3 months old (estimated by users on this forum)

My room, where im keeping him, stays fairly warm-ish between 70-75, at night i sleep with my cieling fan on (thats the only time it is on usually) is it okay for my cieling fan to be on? I cant sleep without it on. I know about the temp drop being good for the chameleon but will the fan be okay? Ive added a picture and for the record ive moved stuff around in his cage so there is more foliage for him now near the top and im waiting on more to come in the mail. :)

I would say yes the fan is okay as long as there's not a constant 24/7 draft blowing on them as this can cause respiratory infections. Otherwise I say go for it the night temp drop is absolutely good for them.

In the wild, Chameleons experience winds, cold rains, etc... Captive bred are used to a bit different conditions but we want to mimic their wild biome as closely as possible. The fan is fine, as long as it doesn't stress him/her out (some of my chameleons don't like the action of the fan spinning above their head).

You could always cover the cage with a sheet or blanket if you arrive worried about the air circulating. Just make sure if you have your lights on a timer that the covering is removed before the lights go on. I almost started a fire that way and burned as hole in the blanket! I slept in too late that day!:(
