A while ago I sent an email to the local animal control and police, discussing this

with them.

I was out a couple days ago and saw the animal control truck parked in front of that very pet store.

Just hoping they took me seriously and looked at things. I don't know how the animal center works, but I'm glad they stopped.

I'm so glad there are people like youu. I read your previous post, and for the other pet stores I would say pet smart. They really treat their animals well, at least my local one does. They have a veiled there that has been there since it was a hatchling, and I've watched it grow and it is pretty healthy, aside from slight dehydration and the cage is too small. But they have everything else done right, and their other animals are well kept, clean, and healthy.

I am also very glad the AC may have had a word with the owner.

Currently she is on vacation though. The other day I stopped by (the same day the truck showed up) and a girl and her boyfriend were babysitting puppies and tending to the store and we had made friends with them.

I kind of felt bad if they had to deal with AC. If the owner was away I don't know what happened, but I am still glad the AC must have stopped and taken note of the conditions of the animals.

I am glad there was actually a response. I didn't even call them, only emailed them.

They must have either gotten reported by someone else as well or had actually read my emails.

I will stop by soon to see if any changes have been made.
