Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? BB Panther Chameleon male, a little older than 5 months, and has been in my care for about a month
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? I only handle him when he climbs out of enclosure on his own when I'm cleaning the bottom or something. So maybe 2 or 3 days a week
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? I've been feeding my panther around 10-15 small-med sized crickets everyday gut loaded with oranges pears and potatoes and I just got silk worms yesterday and he ate 3 yesterday and two today
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? RepCal Phosphorous-free calcium with d3 every other day and Rep-Cal herptivite twice a week (as recommended by screameleons my sales site
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? I mist with warm water for about a min before I go to school, I have a dripper running while I'm gone along with the (unfortunatly ) habba mister running for 30 seconds every three hours, then I get home from practice and mist again and re fill his dripper, Yes I do see him drink.
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? Normally he has a nice brown solid poop with a white urates . A couple days ago though he had some loose poop, but seemed to go back to normal after a couple days. To my knowledge he has not been tested.
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? All metal screen cage, the ultimate set up from screameleons
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? Normal heat dome with a 60watt household bulb and a reptisun 5.0 UVB tube bulb. On at 6 and off at 6 on a timer.
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? His basking spot is around 80-85 and the rest of his cage is at around 70-75. His lowest over night would be around 60. I measure these temperatures with a digital thermometer.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? Humidity is around 40-60 with the sprays and dripper
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? I have one pothos plant along with other fake vines and plants
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? Located in my bedroom not near the window but has sight of it, and is around 5ft from the floor
Location - Where are you geographically located? Jersey

Current Problem - Just wanting to see if there are any problems with my set up or anything with my supplementing I need to change :)

Here is his Cage

And here he is! Sorry about the camera phone shot

Most of your setup looks good but I would recommend gutloading with more variety of fruits, veggies and greens. I would also cutback on the calcium with d3 to twice a month and use calcium without d3 for the majority of feedings. but that is jmo

Looks pretty good! The higher level of D3 , which ghettomike commented on, is pretty usual for rapidly growing young'uns; as he gets closer to adult size you will want to cut back on the calcium with D3. You may want to add a multivitamin (e.g. Herptivite) once a week or so. If you can get him outside in the natural sunlight, it will let him make some of his own D3. Nice little cham! - What variety?
Edit - saw your signature. Ambilobes are great!
