Are weird bugs okay for chameleons

I was wondering if you can feed your chameleon anything that comes in the meal worm container/cricket bag, because I found a large white larva in my meal worm container that I bought from the pet store, and small black worms in the cricket bag from the pet store. Can I feed those to my veiled chameleon? Also, are stink bugs okay?

the larva was probably a mealworm that was morphing into the next stage. But wed have to see what it was first.

the worms you found were probably cleaner bugs, that eat the dead crix and poo and waht not, ive heard you can feed these, but theres really no point.

ANd NO NO NO to stink bugs they are toxic.

you have to be careful with what bugs you feed because some are toxic. like ladybugs.
or hornworms found on tomato plants.
monarch butterflies are toxic, but painted ladies are ok (the problem here is that painted ladies look like monarchs).

This is a picture of the mysterious white larva I found in the meal worm container. photo(2).jpg I hope the picture isn't too blurry...

They can't be too toxic to lizards.

Our bearded dragons snap them up like kids after candy!

My chams eat them occasionally too- but if they have several they will sometimes go off feed for a few days...

Not the dragons though. If filling up is even possible, they will snap up more the next day.

Thanks for all of your help! Can Iggy eat the larva which is in the next stage?

technically yes, but it doesnt move, so he probably wont want it.

once the beetle emerges, you can feed them, the beetles move alot, and the chams love them.

but you dont want a diet consiting mostly of mealies, as they are harder to digest.

Thanks! I'm only feeding Iggy the meal worms until it the average temp. outside is above freezing so the pet stores have crickets.
