this is the rewarding part of all those crickets rear legs you pulled off, those trips 1 hour away just to get feeders, those 2-5 minute manual mistings 2-3 times a day, not taking that vacation because of your joys, etc...

To watch and admire what god has created!

heres some pics of him showing his deeper darker colors

Some fun with photoshop

I can totally relate. One of my favourite things in the world is to wake up early Saturday morning and admire my chams. Trials and tribulations are well worth it. Atticus is a true stunner and your obviously doing a bang up job with the husbandry.

Wow, what stunning colours! I've only had my little one three months, and I'm loving every minute of it. I'm becoming obsessed I think. =O All the effort is definitely worth it!

thanks for the compliments. i really enjoy him. anyone notice how panthers skin is so soft? even my females are soft.

Hell yeah! Chameleon skin is surprisingly soft! Three cheers for Sir-Mists-A-Lot! And for mistkings too!:D
Also, That Cham is AWESOME, and the second photoshop picture is quality. They should sell them in the reptile house gift shop:)

you wanna hear the sad part about all the manual mistings. i have all the components for a DIY misting setup. just havent put it together yet.

thanks for the compliment.

ill put up some pics of the rest of the crew soon.

Pulling the hinds legs off crickets...so that's how you hand feed = lightbulb moment! Well I don't think I can do that...I can imagine someone pulling off my hind legs...ewwww! So cup feeding it is :D

Ace: thanks

mbondy: it is actually very easy.if you pinch the rear legs with your thumb finger nail to your pointer finger at the knee of the cricket. it literally falls off. this actually make the cricket slower and it cant jump.

stick to your cup feeding though :)
