So I got my baby veiled cham from LLLReptiles yesterday morning. This is the cutest thing I have ever seen lol. They are so tiny. I was wondering though how long until he is fully unfreaked out from him being shipped, and put into his home. This will be his second night in his permanent home. I just want to get a good picture of him.

It may take a bit, some dont ever really like to have their pic taken tho. I have a female faly that is so chill untill u pull out a camera.
Most chams usually settle into their new homes within a week imo

So I have his cage next to a window. It seems like he likes to look out of it from time to time. Is this ok for a baby to be next to a window?

I have mine next to a window too.. And my Cham is 4 months old.. Yes it won't hurt any.. Just give extra/real Sunlight.. Depending on where you are and ow hot the sun shinning in is

I live in Indiana and it's by the porch so the sun doesn't shine straight in except for a little while at dusk. How many of the tiny crickets do you feed him today. I didn't feed him yesterday because I didn't want to stress him out too much. He hate 6 small ones today.

In my opinion I'd give it a week or two to settle in. That way your little one can get used to his environment and become comfortable with it. :D

I give it 15 small/extra small crickets a day and one small mealworms a day.. He's the healthiest he can ever be.. Calcium at such a young age is extremely important.. I have repticalcium with vitamin d3 and repticalcium without d3... And also herptivite mulitivitamin.. Twice a month for the calcium with d3 and multivitamin and then EVERY feeding with the calcium without d3 :)

Chams normally freak out with cameras because they see they're reflection on the lens, so it might never get used to a camera.
