Baby Fell

Well guys my little cham (a little over a month old now, fell) I was watching him and stuck my hand in with him to see if he'd climb on it and he fell (about 2 feet:() He landed just on his stomach and he started walking in about 10 seconds. He just turned some mean colors. I checked his body for any cracked ribs or anything, didn't see anything wrong. Should I be worried? I have soft reptile carpet on the bottom, I think he's just startled. This happened about 3 hours ago, and he's fine now. Should I be worried:confused:

I would just keep an eye on him. Thats what people told me when mine fell. She fell 4 feet and landed on a vine and sand. Being a baby I think keeping a good eye on him would be best, make sure his behavior hasn't changed or anything.

A lot of peoples Chams fall :) the majority turn out okay in the end too :)

Thanks thats what I thought his behavior hasn't changed since he fell so I don't think I have anything to worry about.
 
Babies (and even adults) will and do jump when they feel threatened, so I'd be cautious about handling for a bit.
I once had an adult Panther leap from my hand to a nearby bed. Shocked the heck out of me because even tho I'd seen babies do it, he's the calmest, coolest one and he was calm and cool on my hand. I've been very careful with him since :)
