Bamboo

Hi all! I have recently acquired a 6 month old Nosey Be panther Cham and have fallen in love! Does anyone out there know if the "lucky Bamboo" found in the food store (the kind that grows in a small vase of rocks and water) is safe for my buddy? Since there is not much water and it evaporates quickly I thought it would help with humidity, but I want to make sure it is safe for him. Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

I've been looking at poison lists and have never seen bamboo, so I'd assume it's safe
