I am at The vet now and he just confirmed my suspisions about Samson having lung congestion. He sqid he has been having good luck with this nebulizer. It's a mixture of baytril and saline. I am to use it everyday for 15 mins. Anyone heard about this method. It's new to me. He is ti have .3 cc per day mixed with 3ml saline solution till vapor is done. Will get back with details after this visit ends.
