Current Problem - Yesterday morning started out very normal. I started his water dripping. He was waking up and taking his time getting to his basking spot. His lights had turned on and everything seemed just like normal. Late morning I noticed he was at the dripper getting a drink. I was glad to see that because it is something I feel I miss sometimes. It would have been about 12:30 yesterday afternoon. I noticed he was hanging at the bottom held on by his tail with his face almost touching the bottom, his mouth was open. I reached in and picked him up. It seemed as though he has no use of his front legs. They will not support him at all. His back legs are very strong and have a very good grip. We took him to the vet at 3pm yesterday. They said his calcium was good. They gave him a vitamin injection, something for parasites and antibiotic. They also sent us home with more antibiotic for every 12 hours for 5 days. He is not moving around he just lays in one spot however we put him. He does twist his head and look at us. He seems to open his mouth every little bit. We have been giving him water with and eye dropper and misting him to try and keep him hydrated. After reading about health concerns I think he needs vitamins. Can anyone offer any suggestions on something we can do to help him? I will try and post a picture of him currently.

Do you give him calcium with D3 all the time? He should get plain calcium daily and the D3 once every other week and a once multivitamin every other week. Keep him warm and hydrated. I hope the antibiotics and deworming help him.

Yes, I did. I honestly didn't know I was doing it wrong. I thought he was getting the vitamins he needed from the crickets because I was feeding them. I realize now after reading on this forum that I did it all wrong. I am keeping him warm and giving him water often.

He did not eat yesterday or today. should I not worry about him eating right now?
Do I turn off the light tonight or keep it on for the heat? I just don't know what to do?

He will need to rest so keep the light schedule the same. Just avoid drafts.
He may need to have feeders put in his mouth or be fed a liquid diet if he won't eat on his own soon. There is a recipe for bug juice on here some where. There are also commercial liquid diets if necessary.
