Saltys assumptions were 100% correct. Salty assumed he didn't have the caging for babies, he doesn't. Salty assumed he doesn't have active insect colonies, he doesn't.

No one was shaking a fist, Salty made an assumption and said it would be better to have that setup before hand. He's right, as were his assumptions.

If i jumped on here to get help, and someone just auto assumed i had no idea what I was doing id get defensive too. It takes a month to get a large colony if you throw money at it and cages are easy to set up too. Knock it off.

9 months dude. 9 months. Easy, never said cheap. Ive watched 32 cages be thrown up in a week with propper care. We ask questions first, we dont just start telling him to do more research and cone back when he has. This is going to discourage people from joining the hobby. I get where salty came from, most peole have no clue, but he jumped the gun a single post too early.

Which is what OP aims to do, manipulate the cycle for a faster hatching clutch. Which in turn yields not as strong and healthy babies. That's Cham Mill tactics, and the fact he wants to implore them says alot.

@Bcostner my wife and I are moving back to Idaho Falls some time in the next year. Ill let you know if Kobas ready around that time. Thats if his colors are something youre interested in adding to your line. Hes a first gen ambilobe, both parents were captive born. So hes a clean and pure ambilobe panther line.

Maybe..... If you can't reach out to the community without getting the 3rd degree on everything than who would want to put themselves in this position. It's ridiculous. I wanted to meet some local owners for our own personal business. That's it. If it pertains to you, reply. If it doesn't, don't reply. It's simple. Saltybreath says he was trying to help. I don't see that as help. Some do, I guess. I didn't ask for advice on basic animal care. I asked for anyone who had a male or advice on pairing. Whatever that's the stupid internet for ya. It happens. Hell i'll get on someone every now and then. But usually the fire gets snuffed out fairly quickly by level headed members. People with breeding experience (done right) are invaluable to the community.
