Only thing I know about sexing veiled is the spur thing. I know that full grown males have bigger casques but I can't tell the difference with juveniles or babies.

This is the correct way to sex a Veiled. Coloring and casque are missleading in young Veileds. Going by the tarsal spur is the only way and how breeders sex very young babies.

some females have very small spurs. Theres sometimes a little bump on females but males' are much bigger. Although I only see tyhis in adult females
