Breeding Crickets??

Hey everyone I am currently starting a project to breed my own crickets.
I was wondering what people usually use as a substrate for the females to place their eggs in, as well as any other techniques used by cham keepers that are breeding and raising their own crickets.

Little leaf is breeding them right now with success and I am sure many others as well. I just remember following her "I am growing dirt" thread......LOL. But that dirt turned into 1000's of baby crickets.
