Current Problem - i got him a month ago. after that day, he barely eat. i think there is no problem with opening his eye during day and he drink well. so i think he is in brumation or acclimating. brumation is okay for cham?
i concern that he does not eat well.

To start your enclosure dimensions seem to be on the small side. Your Calumma oshaughnessyi could be not feeding because he is not comfortable and in an enclosure that is too small for him.

You actually said 45cm x 45cm x 90cm's as seen above. As for you new dimensions 45 x 90 x 100 cm's, they are an improvement. The enclosure should be around 60cm X 90cm x 100cm's to start. 45 cm's is too small for a Calumma oshaughnessyi permanent enclosure.
