BSFL in poop

Noticed a BSFL in my chams poop. I've seen others have this issue before and suggest pinning them. But, I want to make sure I shouldn't be concerned about parasites or anything.

A vet visit I know is very stressful for chams so I dont want to put him through that if I dont have to. Do you think it is cause for concern or that I should go to the vet to be safe?

I've fed him BSFL for at least 2 weeks now and this is the first time I've noticed this

It’s always a good idea to have a fecal done to test for parasites. I wouldn’t be terribly concerned about the bsfl in the poo, especially if he’s been eating a lot of them. Obviously he didn’t chew at least this one.

If your concerned about parasites then get a fecal but a whole BSFL does not indicate parasites. These will come out whole if the cham does not chew them. I always pin mine. I had one come out and was still alive crawling away. Freaked me out so I started pinning. He has not had any issues with undigested BSFL since I started to pin them.
