Can anyone identify this lizard?

I came across this lizard out on a hike to the Goldstrike Hot Springs by Hoover dam (NV/AZ border). I have been looking online for a while and cannot figure out for the life of me what it is! Any help would be nice! Sorry for the bad picture, I took it as soon as I saw him and he ran right away this is the best shot I could get!

It looks like a Chuckwalla but I'm not entirely sure.

I looked into that but the colors don't match up and I didn't think the skin textures matched up. But I could be wrong....

looks like a collared lizard.

looks like a preggo female to me.....(?)
