Can anyone tell me the locale of my panther??

Hi! i’m new to Chameleon Forums and i was hoping you guys might be able to help me out.
I’ve had my panther (Sylar) for 3 days now and it got me thinking, the guy i bought him from didn’t tell me what locale he is.
