Can I feed him Crane fly??

This long spider looking mosquito flying things (crane fly i believe) is flying in my living room. I hate them soo much. After half an hour of it chasing me... I finally use a plastic bag to catch. So now.. my question is... Can I feed it to my panther??? I am going to see what you guys think before I do anything. Omg...it give me goosebump the more I stare at it... and it is making that flying noise in the bag. May be I should just release it outside.

Crane flies do not bite. They are pretty cool and get a bad rap.

Hi and welcome to you and your beautiful little Rose. Sorry, but I have to ask about her eye. It looks like she may have something stuck in it (maybe a keratin plug?) or something else going on. Has she been to a good vet about it yet? Do you need any help in finding a vet who has experience and knowledge with chams?

My family calls Crane Flies "Mosquito Hawks" there are everywhere here during the summer. Most of my chameleons I have offered "Mosquito Hawks" to pass on them as a food item. However I recall Trioceros montiums made a meal out of "Mosquito Hawks".
