He's going through a shed now and it looks like his red is going to be blood red and his blue is going to be dark blue. Like maybe a shade or two darker than Alice in wonderlands dress. When he was smaller he was mostly green with a little bit of red but now the blue is really fighting to push forward. Mainly on his arm, legs, hands, and down his spine.

Oh cool. I'm a first time owner so this is all new to me. Thanks for the response. Good to hear others experiences. Exciting to watch them change for sure!

Wow I haven't looked at his old pics for a while. Can't believe how fast they grow. Here's OJ at 2.5 months to now at 10.5 months, each pic being roughly 3-4 weeks apart.

Wow Jann so many beauties that are clearly well loved and cared for, thank you for sharing! It appears from your pics that their colors can change throughout years correct? I particularly noticed that Mufasa seemed to change well after his first year?

Yes, they continue to change all through life. Mufasa lived to be a very old man of 7 years. I miss all my boys so much.

This is a couple pics of Big Red1 at 4-5 months and at 1 1/2 years
You never know what you'll end up with. I was hoping for a hi red and ended up with a hi yellow! He is my friendliest of my 4 panthers. He will hand feed the moment I put a feeder in his cage. Great Cham
