Can you have too much UVB?

oh.. and is it possible for too much UVB? yes. having a 10.0 real close isn't needed. two 5.0 lamps would be a bit of a waste... I would use an aluminum reflector to get more UVB and just one lamp. I would put a 6500K lamp next to the 5.0 so your plants grow better and there is more light in the cage.

What brand of 6500K and what type of hood do you use?
