Can't believe my eyes!!!Panther in bad shape!

 i just saved two turtles today common snapper and 3 toed box turt i just love animals and this hurts me, not fair that one can operate a store with animals like this, But i would try any means to draw attention even go back and take more pictures, newpaper i live in a small town so i feel a newspaper would draw attention to the store.... No molotovs lol
If you paid for them, do you plan on saving the other turtles that come in because they realized they could make a profit off of them?

Some stores rely on people pity-buying.

sorry, Saved them from being Roadkill, I live in texas anyways should have been specific.

We shouldn't give up on them all, I have a local Petco that I buy crickets from. Last summer, during the Philadelphia flower show one of their customers came into the shop with a chameleon that "they had found". They were purchasing inappropriate husbandry items and the sales clerk was trying to educate them, the sales clerk was so proud of what she had done. She couldn't wait to share this with me as, she said she had learned this from listening to me. This sales clerk also reconfirmed that that Petco never sales Chameleons because, they know that it is a challenging animal to take care of properly.

The pics of that chameleon are just heartbreaking.I know that the pet stores profit from people buying their merchandise but if you have the means and the way to rescue the chameleon and give it a better life why not? I wish there was a mandatory course for pet store owners to learn the husbandry issues to keep these chams healthy. This is a very sad situation.
