It's hard to know what to tell you...if he had MBD and his nutrient levels have been corrected, then all you have to domis maintain proper nutrition, lighting, basking temperatures etc and it won't come back. As a rule anything that has become crooked or bones that broke will not be corrected shape wise...but that shouldn't matter much regarding his life ahead.
If the MBD is new then he needs liquid calcium sandoz or liquid calcium gluconate...but you would need an x-ray or testing by a vet to determine that for sure. The things I mentioned in the paragraph above would need to be done to prevent it from returning.
