cham awake at night

I went to check on my panther tonight for shits and gigs and when I got a good look at him. His eyes were open. I know they are supposed to be sleeping at night and idk if they are known to wake up in the night. Just wondering if its a bad sign or not. cuz ive checked on him a couple times before and he was sound asleep. Anyone else ever seen this?

were there lights on when you looked at him? sometimes when i peek at my guys, they open their eyes as soon as they see the light from the room..............

Are you keeping him cool and dark at night? They need to be cool and dark to sleep and in an area where nothing's going on.

the temp def drops around 10 degrees at night. Iv'e checked on him before at night and he was always sound asleep. Ill check tonight and see how he is. He was very active today so Im guessing he got some sleep

I've noticed that mine doesn't always go to sleep at the same time. I'll turn the light off at the same time every night, but sometimes she'll just sit in the dark for a bit before she goes to sleep.
